Nokusho Herbs – Return & Refund Policy

At Nokusho Herbs, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1 Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of our herbal products, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used items for health and safety reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at 081 782 1612.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
